I am so confident that you will be thrilled with our service that I am prepared to offer you a personal guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the service you receive just give us a call within 24 hours and we will return immediately to meet your expectations at no extra cost with no hard feelings. Generally our standards exceed expectation but whatever the situation we are not happy until your oven is shining like new.

Please remember we are only human and in some extreme cases we may advise a new oven would be a better option, it rarely happens but we do reserve the right to walk away if your oven is in very poor physical condition.

Sometimes a clean will highlight some wear and tear on your oven. Our clean will never cause damage to your appliance but our technicians will gladly give it a free health check to make sure your hinges and seals are in good condition. We do not supply spare parts but will gladly point you in the right direction and help you as much as we possibly can.

We also have good working relationships with various appliance engineers should you ever require this service, there are plenty of rogues out there looking to fix problems that don’t exist so please feel free to contact us for details of engineers we trust and recommend.
